La literatura y el café tienen una relación simbiótica e histórica donde el café actúa como combustible creativo, musa y escenario para escritores. No en vano, los cafés han sido siempre centros intelectuales de debate, mientras que en las obras, la bebida simboliza introspección, compañía o bohemia, impulsando la creatividad de autores célebres.
Del 11 al 13 de marzo, Expo Guadalajara será un territorio donde el café estará presente con antiguas historias. Quince años reuniéndose en un mismo lugar: manos que crean, voces que buscan, aromas que encuentran su forma.
Los pasillos fluirán como un río tibio: granos que revelan su origen, panes y quesos que despiertan un recuerdo, ideas que brotan… En el pabellón de productores, el café hablará en su propio idioma.
Las competencias y catas serán tiempo suspendido donde la técnica se vuelva gesto y el sabor, revelación. En los talleres, el conocimiento será como lluvia fina que cae sobre quienes desean crecer.
La inauguración abre tres días que latirán con gratitud y curiosidad. De nuevo, todo sucederá como una celebración íntima: una comunidad reunida alrededor de una taza de café.

Not in vain, coffee shops have always been intellectual centers of debate, while in works, the drink symbolizes introspection, company or bohemia, boosting the creativity of famous authors.
From March 11 to 13, Expo Guadalajara will be a territory where coffee would keep ancient stories. Fifteen years meeting in the same place: hands that create, voices that search, aromas that find their shape.
The aisles will flow like a warm river: grains that reveal their origin, breads and cheeses that awaken a memory, ideas that spring forth… In the producers’ pavilion, coffee will speak in its own language.
The competitions and tastings will be a suspended moment where technique becomes a gesture and flavor becomes a revelation. In the workshops, knowledge will fall like fine rain on those who wish to grow.
The inauguration opens three days that will beat with gratitude and curiosity. Again, everything will happen as an intimate celebration: a community gathered around a cup of coffee.
